About the Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be responsible for creating new business sales opportunities for SevenRooms by researching restaurants, hotels, and hospitality operators in Australia. You'll identify, engage, and qualify prospects that fit within our target customer profile, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers and evangelizing the power of our innovative guest experience & retention platform. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Prospect and identify clients. Connect via email outreach and cold calling, inspiring prospects to learn about how SevenRooms can be an asset to their business. Manage an organized pipeline. Test new technologies to source contact information and facilitate outbound outreach. Discover new target markets and implement thoughtful campaigns. Conduct outbound calls and emails, assisting the sales team by identifying relevant decision makers. Establish strong working relationships with prospects in Australia. Build rapport with different stakeholders. We’re excited about you because… You have 2+ years of outbound B2B SDR experience (enterprise or mid-market). You have a track record of success with outbound prospecting and ABM. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and consultative approach. You have strong research and personalization skills. You have experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and gifting tools. You are organized, self-motivated, and resilient. You are a collaborative team player.
