Description Debug Pest Control is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to expand our commercial business across Connecticut and surrounding markets. This is a high-impact, B2B-focused role responsible for developing long-term commercial relationships and closing high-value service agreements. You will identify, pursue, and develop strategic opportunities with property managers, builders, HOAs, real estate professionals, and commercial property owners. (This is not a lead-based or door-to-door role) What You’ll Do Build and manage a strategic pipeline of commercial prospects Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers Execute targeted outreach and account strategies Conduct site inspections and recommend tailored pest control solutions (We will train on this!)
