Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our GRO Commercial Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new, profitable revenue growth by proactively targeting prospects, while also taking ownership of an assigned customer portfolio, focusing on retention, growth, and exceptional service. This includes building strong, trusted customer relationships, securing favorable contract renewals, and acting as a trusted advisor by offering tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Drive New Business Acquisition by proactively targeting vended and un-vended prospects and key competitor accounts to generate new, profitable revenue growth within Australia (AU) and identify global opportunities. Lead Portfolio Management and Growth by overseeing an assigned customer portfolio, managing pipeline opportunities, securing contract renewals, and leading all commercial discussions and negotiations to maximise the company’s recurring revenue and gross margin. Ensure Compliance and Alignment by adhering to company Sales Activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring all customer invoicing is accurate, and maintaining timely and accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) compliance. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years experience and proven track record of high performance in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels, including executive and C-level. Strong knowledge of Consultative Selling Skills, Negotiation skills, and a high-degree of personal resilience. Proven ability in account planning, problem-solving, financial fluency, and proactively targeting vended and un-vended prospects to generate new, profitable revenue growth. Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce).
