About Us: Military AutoSource is the world’s leading distributor for renowned car and motorcycle manufacturers, serving US military personnel worldwide. We offer exclusive deals and preferred pricing as part of a Department of Defense program, making vehicle ownership accessible to service members stationed overseas.
The Role: As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be understanding and meeting the unique transportation needs of service members. You’ll undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program, guided by our Senior Sales Team, to equip you with the skills for success.
Your earnings in this role are solely tied to your sales performance, offering unlimited commission potential. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are approximately €60,000 annually. However, top performers have the opportunity to far surpass this, with average earnings reaching up to €150,000 per year. This setup enables motivated individuals to earn significant financial rewards based on their sales achievements and success in the role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English speaker or strong English skills
  • Clean criminal record
  • Willingness to relocate overseas
  • Valid EU driver’s license
  • Current EU passport

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or an office environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Motor trade experience beneficial, but not essential
