The Role
We’re not looking for a typical salesperson—we’re looking for a closer. Someone who can walk into a room (or Teams call), command attention, and walk out with a signed deal. You’ll be selling high-value financial solutions ($30K–$250K+) to business owners, investors, and executives who expect excellence.
This is a high-impact, high-reward role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and wants to be part of a team that’s scaling aggressively.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—on deals ranging from $30K to $250K+.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM, automation, and AI tools.
  • Conduct discovery calls, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and messaging.
  • Represent Delerme CPA with confidence, professionalism, and deep product knowledge.

What You Bring

  • 7–15+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (financial services, SaaS, insurance, tax advisory, or similar).
  • A proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding quotas.
  • Deep understanding of tax strategy, entity structuring, payroll, and financial planning.
  • Executive presence—you can speak the language of CEOs, investors, and entrepreneurs.
  • A hunter mentality—you don’t wait for leads, you create them.
  • Tech-savvy: CRM, automation, AI outreach tools (or a fast learner).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
