As a Strategic Sales Specialist at RXO, you’ll be responsible for supporting strategic partnerships across multiple segments of business inside RXO’s Extra line of business. This includes but is not limited to partnership reporting and analyzation, working closely with operations to ensure execution of strategic initiatives, and marketing coordination between strategic partners and corporate marketing team. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Partner with the Head of Sales for RXO Extra on multi-million-dollar strategic engagements including coordinating monthly/quarterly business reviews, tracking initiative performance, and supporting new partnership onboarding and execution. Research, analyze, and present data to support our North American strategic partnerships. You’ll assist with internal KPI reporting, build QBR materials, and collaborate with Marketing to align partner-facing deliverables. Drive smooth onboarding for new partners by creating clear, actionable materials that help Operations understand opportunities and confidently sell related programs and services. Develop and share resources that highlight cross-business opportunities, enabling stronger collaboration between RXO Extra and other RXO lines of business to maximize sales potential. Serve as a connection point between partners and internal teams helping troubleshoot and resolve issues across Operations, Marketing, and other business units to ensure seamless execution. What you’ll need to excel: At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of related experience Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint It’d be great if you also have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field of study 3 years related experience in the transportation or logistics industry Experience with strategic partnerships or vendor management Experience creating QBRs and reporting KPIs Intermediate Excel or BI tool knowledge Sales support or enablement experience Marketing coordination experience Logistics/3PL background Strong communication and executive presentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Ops, and Marketing Problem-solving and issue-resolution experience Does this sound like you?
