QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in software solutions sales with exposure to strategic sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and ServiceNow solutions, with ability to articulate business outcomes and technical value.
  • Proven success in GTM strategy development and execution, ideally within a software or technology-driven environment.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills; ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with a track record of influencing senior executives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-performing Strategic Solutions Manager to join our London-based team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional with a software solutions sales background and top-tier consulting experience to help shape global go-to-market execution, operational reporting, and strategic initiatives during a transformative growth period.
In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce and ServiceNow expertise, analytical acumen, and strong presentation skills to drive operational excellence, enhance sales productivity, and support leadership in delivering impactful results—particularly as we expand the Wind River–ServiceNow joint offerings to market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with global sales leadership to design and implement GTM strategies, aligning execution across industries, geographies, and channels.
  • Salesforce Optimization: Lead adoption and optimization of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights that drive pipeline growth and forecast accuracy.
  • ServiceNow Solutions Engagement: Support Wind River’s strategic collaboration with ServiceNow, aligning with both organizations to deliver integrated solutions and enable joint account pursuits.
  • Analytical Reporting: Develop advanced dashboards, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and board-level presentations that provide clear, data-driven insights on performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Working with revenue operations streamlines sales, enables improved forecasting, and deploys initiatives that scale operational efficiency globally.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Align sales, marketing, product, and partner teams; influence decision-making through compelling storytelling backed by analytics.
  • Executive-Level Support: Work directly with the CRO and executive leadership to prepare strategic materials for board meetings, QBRs, and major customer engagements.
