Collecter des données de divers systèmes, générer des rapports et comprendre le flux des pièces et les exigences globales des projets. Suivre le flux global des projets pour comprendre la séquence et les implications de chaque événement. Assister l'équipe de gestion de projet de transition en répondant aux questions et en assurant une transition fluide. Offrir un soutien après la transition des projets en résolvant les problèmes et en validant les analyses. Travailler extensivement avec des feuilles de calcul Excel pour analyser et organiser divers ensembles de données. Construire des présentations PowerPoint pour le comité stratégique annuel. Participer ou diriger des négociations commerciales avec les fournisseurs. Compétences Essentielles 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement basé sur des projets, environnements manufacturiers, chaîne d'approvisionnement. Expérience dans le secteur aérospatial ou similaire. Compétence avec MRP/ERP/SAP. Diplôme de baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent. Expérience en négociations commerciales. Environnement De Travail 5 jours en présentiel Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Analyst Job Description As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, you will play a key role in preparing and transitioning projects from one team to another, supporting analysis and logistics, and reinforcing strategy execution within complex manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Prepare and support the transition of projects between teams. Analyze RFQs, logistics, costs, and technical aspects of projects. Work with supplier quotes, comparison tools, and engineering drawings. Build the framework of projects and solidify strategy execution. Pull data from various systems, generate reports, and understand part flow and overall project requirements. Track the overall project flow to understand the sequence and implications of each event. Assist the transition project management team by addressing questions and ensuring a smooth transition. Provide support post-project transition by troubleshooting and validating analysis. Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets to analyze and organize various data sets. Build PowerPoint decks for the annual strategic review board. Assist or lead commercial negotiations with suppliers. Essential Skills 8-10 years of experience in project-based procurement, manufacturing environments, supply chain. Experience in aerospace or similar manufacturing environments. Proficiency with MRP/ERP/SAP. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience with commercial negotiations.
