JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the Manager, Strategic Sourcing, the Analyst, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management will support the full lifecycle of contract management. This role involves coordinating and preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), analyzing bids, and assisting in the negotiation and revision of contracts. The Analyst will be responsible for identifying potential risks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate contract records.
Additional duties include project management, financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, correspondence composition, managing highly confidential information, Interacts with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • · Coordinate and prepare RFPs; analyze bids and proposals for accuracy and value.· Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising contracts and related documents.· Identify and assess potential risks in agreements and recommend mitigation strategies.· Leverages contract management database to monitor contracts that are approaching termination· Facilitates discussions regarding contracted vendors that are maintain/renew, monitor, exit· Evaluate pricing proposals and market data to determine price competitiveness.· Conduct contract reviews and provide redlined feedback to ensure compliance.· Communicate contract terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.· Support employee understanding and adherence to contract requirements.· Maintain and manage the contract database and related documentation.· Generate new reports or update existing ones based on business needs.· Coordinate with third-party vendors on quotes and manage sales transactions through completion.· Monitor contract deadlines and ensure fulfillment of terms (e.g., payments, logistics).· Prepare contract amendments, resolve issues, and support contract closeouts.· Collaborate with legal, finance, and insurance teams to meet contract requirements and assess risks.· Process and manage various legal agreements including NDAs, MOUs, and licensing documents.· Ensure thorough recordkeeping related to vendor RFQ/RFPs, projects and agreements.· Facilitate cross-functional communication related to projects, bids and agreements· Support administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as needed.· Promote safety initiatives and contribute to the company’s Destination Zero goals.· Travel as required to PHI Health work sites, vendor locations, and other destinations as required.· Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to work effectively as a team member and represent the company in a professional manner is essential. Microsoft Office skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Dashboard-navigation) required. Supply Chain experience required (purchase orders, spend management, etc.).
