This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Sourcing Program Manager in the United States. This role provides the opportunity to lead global procurement initiatives and drive organizational transformation within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As Strategic Sourcing Program Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of projects aimed at optimizing procurement processes, supplier lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, R&D, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure alignment on strategic goals. The role involves standardizing workflows, facilitating workshops, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accountability. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will monitor metrics, develop reporting tools, and support enterprise-wide initiatives. This fully remote position allows you to make a measurable impact on procurement operations while fostering collaboration and innovation. \n Accountabilities Oversee and manage a portfolio of procurement programs supporting global supply chain initiatives. Facilitate the development of strategic objectives and align project portfolios accordingly. Standardize procurement processes, including supplier management, cost setting, and best practice deployment. Lead cross-functional projects and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of procurement programs. Collect, analyze, and report data to track project success and financial impact, and develop visual management tools. Support knowledge sharing by creating training materials, templates, guides, and eLearning modules. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. 8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience. 6–8 years of experience in digital management and data analytics. 3–5 years of experience working in lean environments, participating in Kaizen events, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects. Strong analytical skills and learning agility. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and familiarity with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Oracle SQL, or PL/SQL.
