Reports To: Director of Marketing
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, data analysis or procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in at least two of the following areas: procurement, supply chain, finance, management
Areas of Work: This sourcing role is responsible for leading and supporting a variety of internal and external projects that involve supplier discovery, vendor qualification, and sourcing strategy development. Key focus areas include:

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in relevant sourcing categories
· Strong proactive, “can do” attitude
· Travel to support vendor relations and trade show innovation research. Travel expected up to 40%.
· A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field required
· Minimum 5+years of experience in procurement or similar role
· Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial
· Proficiency in ERP and CRM programs
· Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
· Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics
