  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

In this role, you’ll lead key sourcing initiatives, manage procurement strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery. You’ll work independently to make impactful decisions, improve supplier performance, and optimize sourcing processes—all while supporting a company that delivers cutting-edge technology solutions around the globe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead strategic sourcing efforts across various technology categories, from supplier evaluation to contract negotiation and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and refine sourcing and procurement processes that drive cost savings, quality improvement, and on-time delivery.
  • Analyze sourcing data, market trends, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive sourcing initiatives that support inventory optimization and budget adherence.
  • Review and respond to purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with specifications, quantity needs, and delivery requirements.
  • Research and develop alternative supply sources, and issue RFPs, RFQs, and bids as needed for strategic categories.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to junior team members while leading high-impact sourcing projects.
