Job Description

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans for the Last Mile team.
  • Develop comprehensive initiative briefs, coordinate kickoffs, and manage end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (DEM Team, Last Mile Procurement and Quality, Fulfillment, SCM, IT) to align resources and manage trade-offs.
  • Monitor project health, proactively manage risks, and ensure initiatives stay on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate steering meetings and decision checkpoints, ensuring clear action items and accountability.
  • Prepare and present progress updates, performance dashboards, and summary reports for leadership.
  • Own strategic, cross-country programs in Last Mile, defining governance structures and success criteria.
  • Act as a sparring partner to senior stakeholders on prioritization and strategic decisions.
  • Champion a delivery-focused culture by embedding structure, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.
  • Analyze and share best practices, continuous improvement opportunities, and lessons learned after initiative completion.
  • Mentor junior colleagues in program management methodologies and change management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of programme or project management experience in e-commerce, logistics, or carrier environments
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management
  • Solid knowledge of Last Mile logistics operations and understanding of cost structures in transport networks
  • Proficiency in BI/dashboard tools and experience in preparing executive-level reports
  • Very good English skills; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel and work in international teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity
  • High level of curiosity, self-initiative, and eagerness to learn
