Job Description Management of supplier development projects (existing and new suppliers incl. qualification) Evaluation and auditing of suppliers Evaluating and optimizing the suppliers' work processes Conduct improvement workshops with suppliers Technical guidance of suppliers in the manufacturing process Support of suppliers in the implementation of a Quality Management System Clarification of escalated complaints from day-to-day business Participate/ lead design to cost and cost down initiatives with suppliers Supporting involvement of suppliers in new product developments Control of internal and external resources in the supplier development project Evaluation of reports and data collected by incoming inspection (Quality) Qualifications Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial engineering 5+ years of relevant experience in a global company Certified Quality Representative or Auditor with strong knowledge of quality management methods Deep understanding of production processes (e.g., turning, milling, coating, welding, stamping) Solid grasp of purchasing, manufacturing, and quality management workflows Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong project management and Lean Management skills Team player with a customer-focused mindset Skilled in coaching, training, and workshop facilitation Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel up to 50% Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
