Candidates must currently reside in or near the Midwest or be willing to relocate to Austin, MN. This is an on-site position, and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Remote work or international living arrangements will not be considered.
THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE
As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the recruitment process for various roles within our core processing plant, including both management and production positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Using social media, digital platforms, and other recruitment channels, you will actively source candidates and manage the full-cycle recruitment process-from job postings and screenings to interviews and job offers. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring we continue to build a strong, capable workforce.
Schedule: This recruiting role typically follows a Monday to Friday work schedule, though some flexibility may be required for night shifts depending on the company’s needs.
