DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will: - Build and lead great Enterprise and Education Technical Consulting teams providing pre-sales support to our Direct Accounts and Channel Partners. - Assemble the right people, motivate, enable them with the right tools, and support their technical expertise development. - Build, lead, and leverage valued interactions and relationships with executive decision-makers, shaping conversations that align Apple’s value proposition with the evolving needs of enterprise and education markets in Canada. - Influence the broader business and technology landscape through thought leadership, public speaking, and strategic engagements with education institutions, professional associations, and government entities. - Articulate strategic insights, challenge conventional thinking, and build executive-level relationships to ensure Apple remains a trusted partner in business transformation. - Align the Technical Consultant team closely to the Sales team and Enterprise / Education account plans. - Mobilize resources for growth and delivery. - Engage with Direct Account customers and follow through to ensure all commitments are met and problems addressed. - Ensure the Technical Consultant team deeply understands their accounts’ enterprise architecture and technical ambitions, and is seen as a trusted advisor to maximize sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
