Responsibilities

As a Strategic Telemarketer Lead Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and researching potential leads using various online tools and databases.
  • Reviewing our current customer base, and mapping out potential additional locations to penetrate.
  • Identifying industries where our products fit and creating a targeted list of accounts to penetrate.
  • Working with the team (sales), on targeting campaigns.
  • Conducting outbound calls to engage prospects, introduce our services, and qualifying leads based on specific criteria. Countries will include UK, France and Germany.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and following ups in our CRM system.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Analysing call metrics and leads conversion rates to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions
