We’re Global Exposure, a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Milton Keynes. We manage retainer clients (SEO, PPC, and marketing) and deliver high-quality website projects on WordPress. Our reputation is built on speed, quality, and smart thinking — we don’t just build sites, we structure content and design in a way that drives results.
We’re now looking for a Strategic Web Developer — someone who can bridge the gap between developer and designer, who isn’t just a “builder”, but someone who thinks strategically, understands content structure, and can deliver websites quickly without sacrificing quality.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of website projects from start to finish, working with clients and our internal team. This isn’t just a coding role — we need someone who can make decisions, spot content inconsistencies, and create clean, professional websites in Avada with minimal hand-holding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and deliver high-quality WordPress websites using Avada (end-to-end).
• Interpret sitemaps, wireframes, and content plans to create structured, logical websites.
• Repackage, edit, and structure content so it flows consistently across pages.
• Make design decisions on the fly (layout, hierarchy, visuals) when content is messy or incomplete.
• Ensure websites are secure, fast, and SEO-friendly from day one.
• Troubleshoot hacked or broken WordPress sites; remove malicious code, strengthen security.
• Deliver projects at pace — e.g. spin up a solid homepage in ~90 minutes if required.
• Communicate with clients directly (weekly check-ins, progress updates, clear explanations).
• Collaborate with our existing dev (Matthew) — delegating repeatable tasks, while you handle the strategy and direction.
• Handle tech admin tasks where needed (Zapier automation setups, DNS, domain transfers, email migrations via Google Workspace).
