Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to lead global initiatives that align workforce composition with business goals. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to set annual workforce targets, monitor progress, and design execution strategies that ensure agility, efficiency, and long-term talent sustainability.
Our Workforce Strategy team drives alignment between our business priorities and our talent strategy, ensuring a healthy, future-ready workforce. We combine strategic workforce planning, organizational insights, and HR analytics to shape how our company attracts, develops, and retains talent worldwide.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives across locations, spans & layers, engagement models, and critical skills
  • Define and track annual workforce composition targets; identify risks and develop action plans
  • Build scalable processes and governance to operationalize workforce planning
  • Provide thought leadership on future of work trends, skills-based planning, and organizational design
  • Partner with Finance/FP&A to connect workforce insights with financial performance
  • Analyze workforce cost and composition; identify opportunities for efficiency, agility, and strategic investment
  • Optimize workforce mix and compensation strategies to improve talent retention and acquisition
