Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist
Salary – Circa £70,000
The successful candidate has a strategic mindset and thrives in fast-paced, project-based environments. You may come from a consulting background or an in-house strategy role and are now looking to apply your expertise to complex workforce challenges within a large, forward-thinking organisation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving business problems with data, building models, and influencing senior stakeholders. You’ll bring a mix of analytical rigour, critical thinking, and adaptability — and want to be part of a high-performing, start-up-style team within an established business.
A bit about the job:
At Aviva, we have big ambitions — and to achieve them, we need the right people with the right skills in the right places. As a Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist, you’ll help design and embed a future-fit workforce strategy across the business. Working at the intersection of data, strategy, and people, this role partners with senior stakeholders and the Heads of People to bring workforce planning to life.
You’ll deliver analytical models and insight-led solutions, helping shape the ‘Aviva of the future’ through practical, data-driven planning. Sitting within our People Function, but closely aligned to solving real business problems, this is an exciting opportunity to operate as part of a consulting-style team working at pace with impact.
