PARAM GmbH, Hamburg location, is immediately seeking to fill the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager for Care and Assistive Device Supply (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Building and developing international supplier relationships
• Market and competitive analyses to identify new products and sources of supply
• Participation in the design and further development of the incontinence product range  
• Negotiation of prices, terms and contracts to optimize purchasing conditions and margins.
• Ensuring regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Management of import and procurement processes in cooperation with logistics, quality and sales

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, international business, or a commercial apprenticeship.
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, sourcing or product management
• Knowledge in the nursing, assistive device or health sector
• Experience in international supplier management and global procurement processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a high level of initiative.
• Fluent German and English skills, as well as occasional willingness to travel.
