The Opportunity: Strategy Advisor (Strategic Deals) Location: UK Iron Mountain is seeking a Strategy Advisor to join our Strategic Deals team. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a trusted digital transformation partner , helping enterprise clients align their strategic priorities with Iron Mountain’s Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital solution suite. The Strategic Deals team is a high-performing group of SaaS and digital solution strategists, deal architects, and trusted advisors who focus on Iron Mountain’s most complex and strategic opportunities. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Lead the design and execution of strategic analyses (both qualitative and quantitative) to support large, complex SaaS and digital transformation deals. Partner with business leaders to accelerate strategies and operationalize initiatives for key strategic accounts, with a focus on platform adoption and digital outcomes. Collaborate with Account Teams, Digital Operations, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services across a global, matrixed structure to ensure a seamless, customer-first experience and drive the adoption of new digital platforms. Ensure compliance by championing the adoption of our Digital Experience Platform 2.0, helping customers embed the platform into their workflows to maximise efficiency, compliance, and business value. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or technology consulting, particularly in designing and scaling adoption of new solutions. Strong knowledge of industry research and competitive analysis to align Iron Mountain’s SaaS and digital offerings to evolving customer needs. Proven ability in excellent storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills—able to translate digital/technical solutions into business impact. A Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred, alongside a comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy.
