We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy and Transformation team in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, delivering analysis and insights that shape the direction of APA. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will contribute to strategic planning processes, support key Board and Executive forums, and help translate complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes that drive business performance. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career to transition from consulting into industry, gaining ownership of work, seeing strategy come to life, and building a strong foundation across a complex and evolving business. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making across the business. Support and lead elements of strategic projects, managing workstreams and ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights, challenge assumptions and shape strategic outcomes. Develop clear, compelling presentation materials for the Executive Leadership Team, Board and senior stakeholders. Support the planning and delivery of key forums, including Board Strategy Day and Strategy Deep Dives. Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics, translating these into relevant insights and opportunities for APA. Your Background Work experience in strategy consulting or a similar environment. Strong analytical capability, with the ability to structure problems and generate clear, data-driven insights. Experience working on project-based work, with exposure to delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise presentations. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
