Responsibilities The Strategy Analyst will support strategic, financial, and capital-markets-related activities across the group. The role combines hands-on analysis, management-level reporting, and close coordination with multiple teams across the organization’s international footprint. Analysis & reporting Prepare financial and strategic analyses to support capital markets reporting, management decision-making, and investor communications Support periodic reporting processes (management, board, and capital markets), including data aggregation, analysis, and presentation preparation Assist in ad-hoc analyses related to performance, valuation, portfolio development, and strategic initiatives Market research & insights Conduct market research across geographies, including regulatory frameworks, power markets, competitive landscape, and comparable companies Track industry trends, transactions, and benchmarks, and translate findings into actionable insights Presentations & materials Prepare clear, concise management and board-level presentations, including charts, tables, and key messages Support preparation of materials for investors, lenders, and external stakeholders Cross-functional coordination Coordinate with multiple internal teams across the organization’s international offices (EU and Israel), including: Finance and Accounting Financial Modelling Operations and Asset Management Development and Engineering Legal and Corporate Affairs Investor Relations / Capital Markets Collect, validate, and reconcile inputs from different teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across analyses and reports Day-to-day work Work closely with senior management on defined analytical tasks and strategic questions Manage parallel workstreams with different stakeholders and timelines Maintain high standards of accuracy, version control, and documentation Use AI and analytical tools to improve efficiency in research, analysis, and content preparation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a quantitative field 0–2 years of relevant experience as an analyst (consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, strategy, or analytical roles) Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modelling, data analysis, structured workbooks) High-level proficiency in PowerPoint (clear, structured, management-ready presentations) Demonstrated ability to analyse complex information and extract key insights Strong numerical intuition and comfort working with financial metrics (IRR, NPV, valuation, comps analysis, performance analysis) Practical proficiency using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content preparation Ability to leverage automation and structured workflows to improve efficiency Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new analytical tools quickly Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written), near-native level required Strong ownership and ability to work independently
