Strategy Analyst Are you passionate about turning data into strategy? At MOL Group Chemicals, we rely on sharp market insights and strategic thinking to move our business forward. As part of our Market Strategy & Product Development team, you’ll contribute to high-impact business decisions, from investment evaluations to market trend analysis and strategic planning. What You’ll Do: Contribute to strategy development across MOL Group’s Chemicals portfolio Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to drive strategic decisions Evaluate growth opportunities, including organic investments (e.g., capacity expansion, new technologies) and inorganic initiatives (e.g., M&A, strategic partnerships) Work cross-functionally with internal teams on early-stage strategic planning and business development initiatives Drive our Market Intelligence platform with relevant and timely insights Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technology developments to generate actionable recommendations What We’re Looking For: BSc or MSc in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in strategy, market research, consulting, or business analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication in English Interest or knowledge in the chemicals/downstream sector is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) What We Offer: The chance to work on high-impact strategic projects in a collaborative, forward-thinking team Access to professional development programs Competitive compensation package including benefits: Gross 800.000 HUF/year cafeteria.
