Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the enhancement and integration of TAFE NSW’s Systems Group planning documentation and business unit roadmaps, including engagement planning, workshop facilitation and coordination, and progress status reporting to ensure alignment with the business strategy and industry trends.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Understanding of business architecture principles and methods, experience in the use of capability models and developing roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience across the Digital Solutions Group project management lifecycle, design thinking concepts and agile methodologies, roadmap development and resources estimation.

    Highly Regarded

  • Experience in developing materials, reviews and tools for strategic analysis to support product strategies, planning and roadmaps.

  • Understanding of quality management and assurance procedures as they relate to strategic plans and policy compliance.
