Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct applied research and benchmarking on customs, trade, and logistics to support policy development and reform initiatives
• Perform benchmarking studies and comparative analyses on customs, trade, and logistics
• Analyze operational challenges and develop practical recommendations to support strategic initiatives
• Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
• Develop executive presentations, research reports, policy briefs, and analytical summaries for senior stakeholders
• Support policy development, business cases, and impact assessments
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions, documenting outcomes and key decisions
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and validate findings
• Maintain knowledge repositories, benchmark databases, and research materials
• Support publication and dissemination of research findings
