The Strategy & Business Development Associate Director/Director is a key role at Generate and will define and execute on high-priority, high-impact strategy, new product planning, business development and alliance management opportunities across the company.
A successful candidate thrives in ambiguity and is capable of setting and driving their own agenda towards actionable outcomes. This person possesses a strong combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills, is able to broadly and thoughtfully engage internal and external stakeholders across disciplines to drive outcomes. They demonstrate excellent strategic and structured thinking, effective and prioritized analytics to support decisions, top-tier communication skills, curiosity for our science and our scientists and an ability to quickly build trust broadly.
