Deputy CEO’s Office: Strategy and Fundraising Analyst Location: Remote (within GMT +2) with an option to work out of our London HQ. London or Copenhagen based would be ideal. Reports to: Chief Investment Officer Preferred Start Date: 1st November 2025 Duration: 6 months Salary: £35-50k Depending on previous work experience About Climate Bonds Initiative Climate Bonds Initiative (Climate Bonds) is an international not-for-profit organisation working to mobilise global capital for climate action and grow a credible finance market aligned with a 1.5°C pathway and resilient economies. Our work spans science-based sector criteria, Paris-aligned taxonomies, standards and certification, market intelligence, investor networks, research, technical assistance, and policy advisory in nearly 30 countries. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to work directly with the Chief Investment Officer. This is a dynamic role with high exposure to organisational strategy, investor engagement, and cross-functional operations. You will help shape and deliver Climate Bonds’ 2026–2030 strategy while supporting the growth of our fundraising and investment activities. Key responsibilities include: Lead and deliver strategic projects end-to-end, with a focus on implementing our 2026–2030 strategy. Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and commercial teams to drive firm priorities. Develop and manage investor communications and fundraising materials, ensuring clarity and impact. Enhance internal processes and data systems to support organisational growth and efficiency. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years’ experience in consulting, startups, venture capital, or similar fast-paced environments. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to structure and solve problems. High comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, hands-on approach to wearing multiple hats. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Passion for impact, with a strong interest in climate action and sustainable finance.
