ABOUT THE JOB: The Measurement+ team is the "connective tissue" for America's Large Customer Sales (LCS). We serve as the ultimate horizontal, unifying complex measurement disciplines into a cohesive narrative that drives advertiser trust and product activation. While our counterparts focus on the "pipes" (infrastructure) and the "proof" (media effectiveness), the Measurement+ team owns the "ecosystem enablers". We manage the critical, product-agnostic topics that allow measurement to thrive in a modern landscape - this includes privacy, regs, events, comms and operations. As the Value Delivered Product Strategy Lead within the Measurement+ team, you will serve as the primary architect for proving the business impact of Google’s advertising suite to our largest Americas LCS advertisers. You will lead the Value Delivered program, transitioning measurement from a technical check-box to a strategic engine that builds executive credibility and unlocks transformational growth. You will own the roadmap for driving program breadth, depth and efficiency while partnering with the Americas Business Strategy & Operations (ABS&O) GTM organization to scale enablement and commercialize product updates. By fostering deep relationships between product (Google Public Sector) and sales, you will remove process friction and ensure our value stories are anchored in the language of the C-suite: profitability, incrementally, and long-term business outcomes. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own the end-to-end strategy for driving the breadth, depth, and efficiency of our Value Delivered program across the Americas, establishing a common language to link Google media to Customer Business Objectives (CBOs) and impact. * Foster and manage high-impact relationships between GTM organizations, Product (GPS) and Sales teams to ensure streamline commercialization & activation. * Lead the go-to-market commercialization of new program features and updates with actionable bill of materials (playbooks, training, tools, etc.) for the field. * Represent Value Delivered in a variety of forums, delivering high-impact presentations to audiences ranging from sales leadership/execs to practitioner-level training. * Execute annual and quarterly prioritization for the Value Delivered workstream.
