MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience in a technical background, gained through a degree in a technical discipline or working experience in building and deploying new tools.
  • Experience in managing strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a changing industry while navigating significant ambiguity, influence executive stakeholders, and demonstrate problem-solving skill and thought leadership with limited oversight.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver insights and recommendations for business direction and priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for xWS.
  • Identify and structure business problems and effectively communicate core issues. Gather data and conduct analyses supporting hypotheses and generate actionable insights. Develop recommendations and translate them to projects and initiatives.
  • Engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners, adapt messaging and suggested recommendations based on feedback.
  • Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid to long-term initiatives.
  • Communicate, engage and collaborate with partners across Google, ranging from PAs and cross-functional partners to working team members and executive leadership.
