About the role Lead strategic initiatives for growth and sustainability – drive planning and strategy projects that shape the future of St Vincent’s, ensuring alignment with system-wide priorities and emerging care models. Translate data into actionable insights – synthesise qualitative and quantitative information to inform decision-making, service planning, and risk assessments. Monitor trends and provide strategic advice – track developments in the health sector and wider industry, delivering high-level advice to clinical and executive leadership to guide innovation and long-term growth. Engage and influence stakeholders – collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to support strategy and planning activities, ensuring optimal planning outcomes. Deliver robust project management and outputs – implement project management methodologies, produce high-quality plans, feasibility studies, and post-project reviews, and contribute to the Portfolio Business Plan. About you Proven planning, analysis, and project management expertise – able to deliver complex initiatives with clarity and precision. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills – confident leading diverse teams, producing high-quality reports, and delivering compelling presentations. Highly organised and results-driven – able to prioritise work for yourself and others, including contractors and consultants, and maintain productivity under pressure. Flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative – thrives in a team environment, adapts to changing priorities, and demonstrates a positive, professional approach.
