ABOUT THE JOB

Housing is hard. One size rarely fits all, and it’s a hell of a process. As the largest flexible housing company globally, Habyt’s mission is to provide access to housing anywhere, for everyone. Our drive is to create solutions with a digital-first approach, making every move easy, and every house a home. If you are passionate about real estate and would like to join a dynamic, talented, and diverse team of professionals from all around the world — you are in the right place!
As a Strategy Associate at Habyt, you will be at the heart of how we shape the company’s next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role where you will work alongside our regional strategy team to support decision-making across the business. Your work will directly influence how we grow, which markets we enter, and how we evolve our business model. We are looking for someone analytical, resourceful, and curious - someone who gets excited about solving complex problems and driving real change.

THE SKILLS, ATTITUDE, AND EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE ARE:

    • 1 year of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical and strategic role. Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical skills and strong motivation are also welcome to apply.

    • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and quantitative analysis. You are comfortable building models from scratch and making sense of the numbers
    • Strong research and problem-solving skills. You know how to gather insights and turn them into actionable ideas
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can clearly and confidently deliver your point of view
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • A strong interest in innovation, digital business models, or housing-related industries is a plus
    Responsibilities
    • Conducting in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to uncover new opportunities
    • Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects with strong data-backed recommendations
    • Building and refining financial models to assess growth plans, partnerships, and potential new business verticals
    • Developing strategic frameworks and business cases to guide leadership decisions
    • Preparing business case, materials and reports for internal stakeholders, including leadership and investors
    • Working cross-functionally to support implementation and follow-through on strategic initiatives
