The QuickBooks Money team aims to provide unparalleled money management tools that help small and mid-market businesses thrive by helping our customers get paid now, access capital instantly, and fully automate and orchestrate their accounts payable.
We are looking for a Strategy & Biz Ops Principal to support our mission and drive growth at the intersection of two of our biggest best: the QB Money business and the Mid-Market customer segment. This position requires exceptional strategic problem solving and communication skills, the ability to influence and develop productive partnerships at all levels of the organization, and a strong understanding of Intuit’s mission and values. This is a role with broad exposure to many senior leaders. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Biz Ops for the Money portfolio and work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, Partnerships, and Business Development to solve our customers’ problems and accelerate growth.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View, CA $197,500 - $267,000
San Diego, CA $190,500 - $257,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
