Job Purpose: As a Business Analyst in the Strategy and Transformation Office, you will be a key contributor to shaping strategic decision-making at Group level. Your core mandate is to translate complex data, analyses, and diverse information sources into clear, concise, and compelling insights for Executive Management and Senior Leadership. This role requires exceptional analytical depth, strong business judgment, and the ability to craft high-end consulting-style presentations and executive narratives. You will work in close partnership with senior leaders across functions, acting as a trusted thought partner with a strong service and collaboration mindset. Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Data-to-Insight Analyze complex internal and external datasets (market, customer, financial, operational, and strategic data) to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, decision-relevant insights. Apply structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking to ambiguous strategic questions. Executive Storytelling & Decision Support Develop high-end consulting-style slide decks and executive talk tracks tailored to C-level audiences. Distil complexity into crisp messages, implications, and recommended decision options. Ensure consistency, clarity, and strategic coherence across executive materials. Strategic Analysis Support Group-level strategy development, transformation initiatives, and priority topics through analytical work. Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses to inform strategic choices. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Work closely with senior leaders, strategy owners, and functional experts to understand business context and information needs. • Demonstrate a strong service mindset, responsiveness, and discretion when supporting top management. Qualifications: Experience 5–7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, analytics, or a comparable environment. Strong preference for experience in top-tier consulting, life sciences, healthcare, or complex global organizations. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage. Analytical & Technical Skills Outstanding analytical capabilities with a proven ability to move from data to insight. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI or similar). Solid understanding of financials, value drivers, and business performance metrics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive executive-level materials. Comfortable interacting with senior leaders in a professional, confident, and service-oriented manner. Mindset & Ways of Working Strong analytical mindset: structured, data any hypothesis driven.
