Responsibilities
  • Drive European expansion: Lead cross-functional teams in executing market entry strategies and launch high-impact activities for our insurance verticals across Europe.
  • Strategic project management: Take full ownership of high-priority initiatives, effectively managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables while driving alignment and accountability across departments.
  • Revenue growth strategy development: Monitor, analyze and explore growth potentials and create actionable strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth in close collaboration with the strategic research team.
  • C-Level engagement: Work directly with senior executives, providing insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to influence key business decisions.
  • Project management excellence: Act as a facilitator for building and scaling best-practice project management capabilities across the organization, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including external partners to ensure alignment, effective communication and successful collaboration on strategic initiatives.
