Arla Foods’ International Zone is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Manager to join the head office team in Viby, Denmark. This role sits at the centre of our international business, supporting multiple regions and strategic projects. You’ll work with senior leaders to drive Arla’s future direction and deliver sustained impact across diverse markets worldwide.

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

Executive advisory & support:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of International Strategy & Business Development; identify key topics for the International Leadership Team to enable informed decisions and efficient execution
• Conduct research and synthesize insights; prepare impactful, executive-ready presentations and briefings
• Drive and facilitate the meeting cadence with the International Leadership Team (agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups) and coordinate workflows

Strategy development & execution:

• Drive the implementation of the Future28 Strategy; collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and shape initiatives with short- and long-term impact
• Develop project plans and business cases; set goals and KPIs, allocate resources, and define accountabilities
• Track progress and risks; coordinate stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and drive delivery against objectives

• Some years of experience in management consulting or strategy development; alternatively, experience in a strategic or transformational role in an international company
• Solid educational foundation in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong strategy toolbox: business case development, structured problem solving, clear communication, and project/program management
• Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in Englis
