Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Strategy Consultant to join our team in our Bristol office. From your first day, you will join a community of trusted advisors and experts, where you will be supported and mentored in your chosen career path and encouraged to develop your skills, experience, and confidence as a management consultant. One of the biggest advantages of our team is the breadth of work that we do; you will get experience from day one of working in a multi-disciplinary team and will experience the full range of Advisory Services while working collaboratively with our Planning, Design, and Engineering specific teams.
You will possess a background in developing visions and strategies for a shift towards a more sustainable, equitable and circular future, to help organisations achieve long-term transformation and growth. This will include helping leadership teams design organisational and project structures, including key roles and responsibilities, indicative team size, required capabilities and governance models. You will be able to analyse what an organisations customers and users want, and be familiar with operating model concepts such as business and enterprise architecture.
As a client facing role, you will engage with clients through meetings and workshops to present findings, contributing to complex strategy and organisation change projects and applying your research and data analysis approaches to provide evidence based advice and insights for clients.
