  • About the role:Lead strategy projects across the Group's financial services portfolio, including growth strategy, market entry, operating model design and portfolio review
  • Build business cases and investment recommendations for the Group CEO and executive committee
  • Support M&A and partnership activity, from target screening and due diligence through to integration planning
  • Track regional and global financial services trends, regulation and competitor moves, and translate them into clear priorities
  • Work with business unit leaders to turn strategy into execution plans with measurable outcomes
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Board


  • About you:8+ years in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm, with a focus on financial services, or equivalent in-house strategy experience at a major financial institution
  • Deep knowledge of at least one of banking, insurance, asset management or payments
  • Track record of leading complex strategy engagements from problem definition through to executive recommendation
  • Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills
