Residency is required in the primary location state: 9 Piedmont Center, 3495 Piedmont Rd., NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30305 Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for managing business strategy and/or initiative planning by developing a new organizational strategy process and coordinating key players for leadership strategy conversations; facilitating leadership decision making by leveraging advanced knowledge of the external marketplace and relevant tools (i.e., dashboards to track metrics); coordinating strategy community of practices by facilitating knowledge sharing across functions and entities to identify the right strategic priorities; developing frameworks to facilitate strategy development by leveraging Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) and gap analyses to ensure that strategic opportunities are correctly identified; prioritizing strategic choices through enterprise processes and market operational plans to establish management incentives; and providing ongoing initiative management and prioritization in real time through performance monitoring using relevant tools (i.e., dashboards, scorecards, leader reviews). Minimum Qualifications: Minimum two (2) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, strategy development and/or execution, or a directly related field. Bachelors degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Economics, Finance, or related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or directly related field OR minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly related field.
