MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Quantitative fluency: variance/driver analysis, benefit modeling, reconciliations, sensitivities; link KPIs to financial statements and cash
• Proven P2P leadership with measurable DPO/cash improvements; working knowledge of O2C and Inventory
• Process improvement track record across AP, Procurement, AR, or Supply Chain
• Advanced analytics toolkit: Excel/Power Query, Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau
• ERP fluency: SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, etc.; adept with large, complex datasets
• Executive communication: clear storylines, decision-oriented materials; run weekly reporting/variance/action tracking

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior consulting background (WC/finops/transformation) or leadership running functional teams within FinOps
• Strong data extraction/manipulation (Alteryx/SQL) and benefits tracking
• High tolerance for ambiguity; decisive escalation and risk management

Lead the delivery of working capital improvement initiatives with a primary focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Inventory/Supply Chain. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, translating data into operating decisions that unlock cash. The Manager sets priorities, quantifies opportunities, and partners across functions to drive sustainable impact.
