Our client, the leading TMT commercial due diligence boutique, is looking for strong additions to their team on a Senior Consultant / Junior Manager level.

• ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead key workstreams across commercial due diligence and strategy projects for clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, customer research, market sizing, and strategic analyses to identify key investment and growth opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external experts to ensure high-quality and timely outputs.
• Contribute to client presentations, business development activities, and the development of insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Qualifications3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a related field, ideally with TMT exposure.
• Experience working on strategy and/or commercial due diligence engagements, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
