We’re looking for a Strategy Execution Lead to join Supermetrics and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Leadership Team, driving the alignment and execution of strategy and operations.
This role involves managing cross-functional initiatives and programs, streamlining operations, and ensuring the leadership team’s focus is on high-impact activities. You will serve as a trusted partner and play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making, organizational performance tracking, and driving and/or partnering in strategic initiatives.
You can be based either in our HQ in Helsinki, Finland, or our Dublin, Ireland, office.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, program/project management, or a similar role, with exposure to senior leadership.
• Previous experience of working in B2B Software is beneficial, and knowledge about MarTech industry is considered a plus.
