The energy transition is impossible without you as a Strategy & Innovation Consultant. 

Translating strategy into concrete action in the energy transition. That is what you do as a Strategy & Innovation Consultant. You work on initiatives that contribute to better utilization of the electricity grid and help move them from idea to workable approach. In doing so, you look beyond a single team or department: you oversee the broader chain, connect interests, and ensure that plans are translated into clear choices, actions, and results. You work on expanding existing services with partners in the energy transition. You bring structure, overview, and progress to complex initiatives. You liaise easily with internal specialists, external stakeholders, and sector parties. Where necessary, you take the initiative, organize decision-making, and help teams move from ambition to realization.

• Advancing strategic initiatives within Alliander and the sector, so that ideas are translated into concrete choices, actions, and results. 
• Managing initiatives across the broader chain, while keeping a close eye on dependencies, interests, and progress. 
• Connecting internal and external stakeholders to build support, collaborate, and accelerate. 
• Managing the sector and chain portfolio and being able to accelerate on various topics at the right moment. 
• Providing expert advice to the organization and external stakeholders on the development and realization of change initiatives. 
• Managing IT and business teams to move from plans to implemented solutions.

And you will be doing that at our Liander business unit. Here, you will work on the management, maintenance, or construction of our electricity and gas networks. • HBO+/WO working and thinking level. 
• at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a business and/or strategy consultant or Business Analyst. 
• Knowledge of the energy market, and specifically the subject of congestion management, is a plus. 
• business development, value proposition development, and service design competencies. 
• Experience in a SaFe Agile environment is a plus. 
• Customer focus: you understand that everything we do ultimately impacts our customers, and you act accordingly.

For that, based on a 40-hour work week, you will receive: 

• a gross monthly salary of €4,672 to €6,674 (scale 9) or €5,416 to €7,737 (scale 10), depending on knowledge and experience. 
• an annual Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes an 8% holiday allowance. You can have this amount paid out, but you can also use it to buy extra days off, for example. You choose what suits you best. 
• 24.5 vacation days per year, easily supplemented from your IKB. 
• a year-end bonus in December of 6% of your annual salary. 
• Every year, a DI budget of €700 for your sustainable employability. Choose, for example, reimbursement for your sport or hobby, making your home more sustainable and greener, or reducing your student debt with DUO. You decide where your budget goes. 
• an NS Business Card, so you can travel sustainably. Are you traveling by your own transport? Then you will receive a mileage allowance.
