We’re looking for a commercially minded strategist to join our high-performing Strategy team at SWM. This is a newly created senior role designed to bridge research, insights, and strategy, with the goal of turning audience data into powerful commercial narratives.
Sitting at the intersection of content, sales, marketing and product, this role is ideal for someone with a background in media planning, audience strategy, integration or research, who thrives on collaboration and wants to help shape market-leading media solutions. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of strategic, data-led commercial proposals in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Work closely with the research and insights team to extract meaningful audience data and translate it into compelling commercial narratives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including content, design, and commercial teams to deliver innovative and insight-driven media solutions
  • Support the Head of Strategy in shaping the direction of commercial strategy and audience initiatives
  • Produce high-quality presentations and strategic documents that clearly articulate campaign strategies and rationale
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and best practice within the wider strategy team
  • Stay on top of media industry trends and audience behaviours to inform proactive and reactive strategy development
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
