Main purpose of the Strategy Intern role: We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and curious intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. This internship is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fashion, business, and innovation. As a Strategy Intern, you’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff as main point of contact, but also with senior leaders across departments, contributing to high-impact projects that influence our long-term roadmap. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform business decision * Develop financial models and business cases for new opportunities * Support strategic initiatives across product, marketing, digital functions * Collaborate on cross-functional projects with BI, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operation * Present findings and recommendations to leadership at the end of the internship Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform business decision * Develop financial models and business cases for new opportunities * Support strategic initiatives across product, marketing, digital functions * Collaborate on cross-functional projects with BI, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operation * Present findings and recommendations to leadership at the end of the internship Minimum Qualifications: * Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Management, or related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Passion for fashion and understanding of market dynamics * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Tableau or SQL * Financial modeling A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
