Our Strategy & Investor Relations team sits at the heart of that story. We work across the business to shape Contact’s enterprise strategy and translate it into a clear, credible narrative for our Board, our kaimahi (people), and the capital markets. With a refreshed enterprise strategy in place, we’re leaning into strong investor engagement, and clear market communication. This role plays a critical part in making that happen. Job Description Te Whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity This role operates across enterprise strategy and investor relations, with real influence and visibility. You’ll work closely with the Head of Strategy & Investor Relations, senior leaders, and subject matter experts across Contact to ensure our strategy is robust, well tested, and clearly communicated. Your impact will come through in: Owning key elements of enterprise strategy development, testing, and refresh Developing and translating commercial, market, and business performance insights into clear strategic narratives Supporting investor and analyst engagement through high‑quality financial and operational analysis, materials, and messaging Playing a central role in results cycles, disclosures, and market‑facing communications Lifting capability across the function, enabling senior leaders to focus on broader leadership and decision‑making This is not a narrow “crank‑the‑model” role. It’s about judgement, influence, and connecting the dots across our complex organisation. Qualifications Ko wai koe | About You You’re someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, markets, and people. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, confident engaging at senior levels, and motivated by work that has real organisational impact. You’ll likely bring: Strong strategic and critical thinking, with the ability to challenge and synthesise complex information Solid commercial and financial acumen, including credible financial modelling capability Experience navigating complex organisations or markets and the ability to bring others along the journey Polished communication skills, with experience in preparing high-calibre board-level and / or market-facing materials Confidence working with senior leaders and stakeholders, even when views diverge Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in how businesses create value Bonus points if you’ve worked in capital markets, investment analysis, funds management, or a listed environment.
