Responsible Leading and executing various initiatives that directly impact our company's direction - from new market analysis to process optimization. Managing a Competitive Intelligence area. You'll become our "eyes and ears" on the market - analyzing value propositions, product functionalities, pricing, and service levels Taking full ownership of Market Intelligence - monitor key players and trends in the eCommerce ecosystem. You'll ensure our performance and plans are always bench marked against the broader market context. Taking charge of our product-focused NPS process. You'll regularly gather feedback, analyze it, and translate it into actionable insights for our Product and Tech Teams, directly influencing our Product Road map. Minimum 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a strategic or managerial role. Experience in the eCommerce sector (e.g., marketplaces, eShops, SaaS solutions, fulfillment/logistics providers) is a strong asset. Strategy/Business Consulting experience is a significant advantage. Outstanding analytical skills and a proven ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership skills and experience managing projects or cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset paired with excellent organizational and planning abilities. High level of professionalism, accuracy, and a structured approach to work, combined with flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented over-achiever, comfortable with an intense workload and continuous self-development. Effective team player with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. Fluency in English (professional proficiency is required). Knowledge of other key business languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
