Our corporate strategy function is at the heart of this transformation, and we are looking for a driven Strategy Manager to help us navigate the path ahead.    As a Strategy Manager you will be instrumental in defining and executing the corporate strategy and key strategic projects that shapes the future Falck. You will work closely with members of Falck’s executive management team and collaborate with the businesses in Scandinavia, Europe, the US, and LATAM. You will join at an exciting time as we are soon starting the process creating the next corporate strategy replacing the current “Care for more ’27” strategy.    About the job    You will be reporting to the Head of Global Strategy and be responsible for:    * Defining and scoping strategic projects in close collaboration with the Executive Management   * Leading projects independently, managing and driving strategic initiatives from analysis to recommendation and implementation planning  * Performing market analyses and competitor assessments to deliver strategic insights to the executive management team  * Preparing and delivering compelling, data driven presentations and reports enabling executive management to make sound decisions  * Supporting the annual strategic review for the Board of Directors and Executive Management  * Participate in the formulation of the next corporate strategy, in close collaboration with the Executive Management team and the Board of Directors  * Providing ad hoc support and sparring for the CEO and CFO   * Assisting and participating in the facilitation of workshops    About You    Our next employee comes with proven experience from corporate strategy, business development and / or transformation projects.  We envision that you have:    * A solid analytical toolbox with exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and the ability to structure complex problems and synthesize clear, actionable insights  * Proven project management skills ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication throughout the project   * Natural communication and storytelling skills  * A creative mindset, especially when facilitating workshops and presenting complex matters  * You are proactive, curious, and results oriented. You are a team player who is motivated by our mission to advance sustainable healthcare    We believe you have developed this skillset through 2-4 years of experience from a management consulting firm, corporate finance, from a similar position in a corporate strategy department within an international company or other comparable roles.   What we offer  You will become a part of a 4-person strategy team in a company that makes a tangible difference in people’s lives every single day. Responsibilities
The Strategy Manager will define and execute corporate strategy and key strategic projects in collaboration with executive management. They will also perform market analyses, prepare executive reports, and facilitate workshops to support the company's transformation.
