JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a Manager within the Strategic Resource Group, you will be a key team member of our executive-level strategy engagements. Within a team environment, you will be responsible for complex analyses, interviews, hypothesis generation, and development and presentation of recommendations. Contextual understanding of healthcare and the HCA Healthcare environment is important, as well as qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and executive communication capabilities, both written and verbal. We seek team members who are intellectually curious, collaborative, dynamic and able to excel in new and changing environments.

EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate required.
  • MBA/MHA or other advanced degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years
  • Healthcare via work or education required
  • Consulting preferred

SKILLS

  • Strategic thinker with strong intellectual curiosity
  • Robust analytical skill set, able to develop new approaches
  • Ability to manage and direct teams to fulfill project obligations, ensuring high quality of work
  • Ability to manage upwards with ability to influence and shape leadership thinking
  • Expert understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
